Krystal Gardner is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Executive with over 10 years of experience in fulfillment and delivery for major brands on a national and international level. Her expertise spans across multiple industries such as IT, HR, Engineering, Finance, Accounting and Telecommunication. She has had the opportunity to recruit for high impact Fortune 500 companies such as Bank of America, IBM, Apple, Accenture, Intel, British Telecom and Microsoft.
Krystal is passionate about connecting with people, fostering lasting relationships and building teams. Krystal is a trusted advisor as her expertise extends to internal/external clients and business stakeholders. Her experience in strategic planning, implementation, and quality assurance and control ensures that she is able to engage and meet the specific business needs of clients.

Krystal, a native of Charlotte, NC, obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Management from the University of Phoenix and continued her education by receiving certifications in International Business and International Human Resources from Central Piedmont and The University of South Carolina. She also gets her intense work ethic from her time in the United States Army.

In her free time, Krystal is a burgeoning actress with roles in film and theater, that have received critical acclaim. She also loves exercising her skills as an interior designer when she gets the opportunity.
