Patrick Henderson is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of JMP Start Development Partners. Incorporating his vast years of experience developing Multi and Single-family homes, and as a business consultant coupled with his passion for real estate, Henderson
announced JMP Start Development Partners, a Luxury Modern Home development Company. His motto is to design with the end in mind, and he takes that approach into all of his projects.
 

Henderson’s expertise is grounded in real-world experience. In 2004, he launched The Henderson Equity Group which focuses on IT consulting, investment development, and real estate procurement. Henderson’s keen perspective in business intelligence is highly sought after by numerous Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and prominent financial institutions including the Department of Defense, the US Senate, Harvard University, Sun Trust Bank and Turner Broadcasting Systems. Henderson also consults with small to midsize businesses aiding them in establishing the identity they needed to flourish in the business ecosystem.
 

Considered by his peers to be an astute businessman, mentor and determined leader, one of Henderson’s desires is to leave a lasting impact on the community. He developed credit management, real estate investing, and wealth management training sessions for college students enabling them to think more strategically about their financial potential. In addition, he general contracted several real estate projects by taking single-family homes and commercial structures in underserved areas and rehabilitating them back to market condition.
 

Henderson is a graduate of Tuskegee University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Information Systems, and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He also owns, manages, and plays for a traveling flag football team, leading them to multiple championships. An avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, Henderson draws inspiration from the diverse cultures he encounters in his international trips and is fueled by those experiences. Henderson is also committed to mentorship of our youth. With his affiliation with the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, his mission is to empower the youth, so that
they may have an ally in this ever-changing economy.
